Nestled in a hillside above Loch Leven, our Studios have spectacular views of Glencoe mountains and look out over the beautiful waters of Loch Linnhe, giving you a superb vista from your Studio and its own outside decked seating area.

Set in a peaceful hamlet in Old Town, North Ballachulish, we are excellently  located as a base for you to tour the magnificent West Highlands of Scotland and  its magical islands or to admire the scenic splendour and wonderful wildlife in the local Lochaber area.

Walkers enjoy the varied routes on offer, and  we are just minutes away from Glencoe and its wonderful Mountain Resort with exciting activities throughout the year.   Of the 284 Munroes in Scotland, 35 are within a half hour drive from your Studio.   The Ben Nevis range is also within easy reach, we are on National Cycle Route 78  and just ‘up the road’ from the National Ice Climbing Centre.   See our Things To Do page for ideas of interest – and there is always lots more!

The self-catering Studios ajoin our own home property at the rear, and are just a few minutes from all the facilities you will need to enjoy your stay. 

Our aim is to offer you a high standard of comfortable accommodation so you can relax and enjoy your break in this gloriously beautiful area.    We are always around to help with any advice should you need it, and we give you the privacy to let you enjoy your Studio as you wish.
